When you enter a 14-digit reference number on BillDekho, the input is transmitted directly to your respective electricity distribution company (LESCO, MEPCO, IESCO, FESCO, GEPCO, PESCO, HESCO, SEPCO, QESCO, TESCO, HAZECO, K-Electric). We do not collect, monetize, or harvest personal identifiable information.
2. Browser Storage & Cookies
BillDekho uses HTML5 LocalStorage solely to preserve your preferences (such as Dark/Light theme, English/Urdu language setting, and optional saved reference numbers). You can clear this data at any time via your browser settings or using the "Clear History" button on the History page.
3. Third-Party DISCO Portals
Utility bills displayed on BillDekho originate directly from publicly available government utility servers. BillDekho acts strictly as a high-speed rendering gateway to simplify viewing and downloading PDF bills for Pakistani consumers.
4. Data Security Commitments
All connections to BillDekho are enforced via TLS/SSL encryption (HTTPS). We do not embed tracking telemetry or intrusive third-party scripts that inspect user bills.
