Terms and conditions governing the use of BillDekho electricity bill checking portal.
BillDekho ek aasaan aur muft bijli bill check karne ki sahulat hai. Is portal par mojood tamam billing data direct DISCO server se ata hai. Bill ki official adai (payment) ke liye official bank channels ya DISCO counters istemaal karein.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using BillDekho, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue portal usage.
2. Scope of Service
BillDekho provides a free, high-speed interface to assist Pakistani citizens in retrieving official duplicate electricity bills from distribution companies (LESCO, MEPCO, IESCO, FESCO, GEPCO, PESCO, HESCO, SEPCO, QESCO, TESCO, HAZECO, K-Electric). BillDekho is not a bill collector and does not process financial payments directly.
3. Data Accuracy Disclaimer
While we strive to display live and accurate billing records, all tariff rates, fuel price adjustments (FPA), taxes, and due dates are generated by respective DISCO databases. Consumers are advised to double-check official physical bills for formal disputes or bank payments.
4. Fair Usage Policy
Users are prohibited from engaging in automated scraping, denial of service (DoS) attacks, or malicious rate-abuse against DISCO API endpoints via our infrastructure.
